Release 4.4

A roll-up of a year's worth of bug fixes. Adds -E mode for case insensitive auditing. New compiler tool-chain for Win32/64 based on Fedora Core 20.

To compile from source code, you must run the bootstrap script first:

$ sh bootstrap.sh
$ ./configure
$ make
