Summary

Upon reading the documentation about the @jest-environment annotation, I had to find out how to use a custom class on another website, so I thought I'd add what I learned to the docs for the next developer looking for the same answer.

The docs explain how to use node or jsdom, but not how to refer to your own class in the annotation. I added some text and a code example, and added the example to an existing code snippet.
