Adds support for ECR #38

This PR adds support for checking versions of images in a private ECR repository.

version-checker expects the following environment variables (or flags) for authenticating to ECR.

VERSION_CHECKER_ECR_ACCESS_KEY_ID
VERSION_CHECKER_ECR_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
VERSION_CHECKER_ECR_SESSION_TOKEN
