Add support for powerstrip and power socket

Support for the power socket has been added but has not been tested. Support for the power strip is a little more difficult as I dont have proper documentation and do not own the device myself. If there is someone with technical skills willing to help out, please let me know.

Basic support for the power strip will be added in the next release. It will only support the onoff capability for now as it seems the miio library does not support the measure_power and meter_power capability yet. Support for this has been requested here: aholstenson/miio#118
