I need in my project to have a tag the commitId and -SNAPSHOT for all commit outside of master branch. And we don't want to have multiple -SNAPSHOT tag on develop branch.

So we need a mix between CONFIGURABLE and MAVEN strategy. So I tried to enhance CONFIGURABLE with this new behavior.
