Getting Support

Getting support for using diagrams.net

If you are using app.diagrams.net as an end-user and need support, we ask that you follow this process:

  • Firstly, look through all of the self-help resources.
  • If you cannot find an answer to your question or problem, you can post a new question to our Google Group. The pinned post at the top of the Group explains how you can post without having a Google account.
  • If your problem involves sensitive data that you cannot post publicly, we will explain the process for sending that to us in our answer.
  • If your issue is a technical bug or a feature request, the best place for those is the issue tracker on this project.

Support for other integrations

Diagrams.net was previously named draw.io, so many of the integrations are still named "draw.io". Note that this project is not the author of all integrations.

Integrations/versions we author and actively support

The integrations from the online version at app.diagrams.net: Google Drive (GSuite), OneDrive (Sharepoint), Dropbox, Github and Gitlab.

The desktop build of diagrams.net.

Google Docs, Sheets and Slides integrations.

Office 365 app.

Support for Atlassian integrations, Confluence, Jira and Trello

//Seibert/Media are the vendor for the Atlassian draw.io integrations. You can find their dedicated web site at drawio-app.com.

You will find the core diagrams.net development team providing your support within Atlassian, that is how we finance the project, but please understand theirs is a commercial implementation of this open source project and they are not responsible for anything outside of the Atlassian ecosystem.

Other third-party integrations

Other integrations that we do not author are listed on the integrations page.
