Hovering mouse over navbar dropdown items causes navbar to partially turn white

Steps to Reproduce

Create a navbar and add a dropdown. Hover your mouse over the dropdown the navbar turns white.

Expected behavior

The navbar doesn't turn white.

Actual behavior

The navbar turns white.

I figured out how to fix this issue. It seemed I used a as navbar-item which caused the issue. The fix was to put a div with navbar-item with a inside
