changing drag and drop functionality implementation to use jQuery instead

There have been support issues with using HTML5 drag and drop and also some bugs that have come up, namely issue #9.

Changing the implementation to use something like jQuery sortable and portlets would not only handle the support side of things but also handle the bug of being able to rearrange cards in a column easier.
