Re initialized the PV fixed the cookie issue. but now the issues is the read only file system

Same error about the Read-Only file system here.

use rabbitmq.conf outside of /etc/rabbitmq so that docker-entrypoint …

This is a workaround for ConfigMaps becoming read-only in Kubernetes. Fixes #1
