NG-B17R

This is the frontend of Bioactivity-explorer and the corresponding backend (based on django-rest-framework) can be found here. After setup of the backend, please set the backend parameter REST_HOST at environments.ts, default is http://0.0.0.0:8000/b17r_api.

Run in docker container (requirement: setup the back-end first)

1. yarn && ng build --prod
2. docker image build -t ng-b17r .
3. docker run -d -p 3000:80 --rm ng-b17r
4. 🎉 now the bioactivity explorer is run on http://localhost:3000

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Code scaffolding

Run ng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module.

Build

Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory. Use the -prod flag for a production build.

Running unit tests

Run ng test to execute the unit tests via Karma.

Running end-to-end tests

Run ng e2e to execute the end-to-end tests via Protractor. Before running the tests make sure you are serving the app via ng serve.
