v1.0.8 - better messages about low voltage battery health

This version adds some plain-text guidance about the health of the low-voltage (12V) battery in the car.

There is no change to the raw data which is being reported, so prior versions of the tool can still be used to assess low-voltage battery health. This version just makes it a tiny bit less work.
