GamOdroiD V3.0

Updated to latest retropie as of 2021.06.04 and it comes now in 3 flavours:

• HDMI : standard 480P, pure retroarch with no additional features
• CVBS : same as HDMI, but for CVBS (composite) display. Resolution is NTSC 720x480 directly at boot
• Handheld: for the GamOdroid console. It's the CVBS version with the following additional features:
  • Support for gpio_joypad (https://github.com/jit06/gpio_joypad)
  • Odroid C0 battery monitoring : a battery icon is display in the left upper corner, and gpio 75 is toggled if battery is low
  • Support for usb sound card, which is also set as the default card
