5.2.0 An upgrade from Java 6 to Java 11

This release is simply an upgrade from Java 6 to Java 11.
The JavaDoc has been improved - but the functionality of the
code has not been changed since the Java 6 version.

This version now builds with Maven 3.

This version now uses JUnit 5.8+ for unit tests.
