get_publications: no publication IDs returned

Hello, Thank you for your package.
I found the publication IDs not returned from get_publications. Without publication IDs, it is impossible to proceed commands like get_article_cite_history.

I'm getting the same issue. Also with the commited changes (copied the changed script to test). Anyone working on this? I know developer is no longer maintining...

Currently, the latest dev version can be installed via:
