clarify documentation of org-ref-default-bibliography #600

As an occasional org-ref user, I have run into #456 several times. I understand there are complications that prevent org-ref-default-bibliography from being consulted when exporting to pdf. That being the case, it would be helpful to clarify the documentation so that users can discover why their exports are failing. I've added some very brief changes to the variable definition and the manual that attempt to do this.

A naive user might expect this variable to eliminate the need for a
bibliography link when exporting their document to pdf. This isn't the
case, due to issues with the exporter, so I added a few notes to help alert
users.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at ?% when pulling de62a5a on plantarum:master into 2583372 on jkitchin:master.

bibtex and biblatex now appear as sections under the LaTeX export heading.
