Update functions.php

Set $dir_uri = correct uri (parent or child) based on the_bootstrap_options()->bootswatch. For all calls to get_template_directory_uri() (EXCEPT the-boostrap(.min).js and the-bootstrap's style(.min).css) use $dir_uri instead.
