Alright. Could you try the same download, but using the beta version? You'll probably have to clear app data first, but you can also try simply updating to the beta version and testing out if the migration to the new download system works in that case, without running out of memory! The beta with the new download system should not have problems with running out of memory anymore, at least there was a similar issue in the past that was fixed by the beta. Let me know how it goes! And if the migration works and the beta starts up successfully, I'd be really interested in the logs :) |
I'd be happy to try it and upload the logs. How does one install the beta?

That would actually be very interesting.

I've installed the beta. Unfortunately, now only one of my playlists is
showing up, and it's not the one I was hoping to download :-(

Ah that's unfortunate. I take it you're using a Jellyfin 10.9 server? That bug will be fixed with the next update. |
Any updates on this? |
I downloaded a large playlist (4.6G) and then restarted the app (and also tried rebooting the device). When the app starts it displays a white screen saying there was an "Out of Memory" error, advising me to open an issue, and if this persists, to clear the app data.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
