Switch realadsb to the latest jar

Current version of https://github.com/jnsgruk/flypi/blob/master/realadsb/Dockerfile contains http://www.realadsb.com/dl/adsb_hub_331.jar
I would recommend to use latest version http://www.realadsb.com/dl/adsb_hub3.jar instead

I've created a pull request that fixes this and included some testing instructions. My Pi is out of action right now, it'd be great if you can confirm the new version works?
