Minor update

This release adds the ability to pass an EBS volume name explicitly (using a volume driver option --volume_id=x), for cases when the Docker name differs from the true EBS volume name.

New stable release

This release adds some waiting for volumes to become detached, and upgrades to the latest AWS SDK.
