Bump xml2js and favicons (#79)

Bumps [xml2js](https://github.com/Leonidas-from-XIV/node-xml2js) to 0.5.0 and updates ancestor dependency [favicons](https://github.com/itgalaxy/favicons). These dependencies need to be updated together.
