A bit of cleanup before we begin the feature

* Resolves #27 Removed deprecated console_log method
* Moved `print_intro` into it's own function (trying to limit complexity of main)
* Cleaned up a couple PEP8 errors
* Removed sleep after intro printing
* Cleaned up extra call to console.print by adding newline to the next call
* Moved dev requirements to requirements.txt and deleted requirements.dev.txt
