This fieldtype displays reverse related entries from the edit entry view.
It's been developed for a very specific purpose, so contains no interface for configuration or setup
You should be fairly comfortable editing php/mysql to make this add-on do what you want.
I've commented it quite a bit, so you should see what you need to do.

Download the package & rename the download to 'introvert'. Drop it in your /system/expressionengine/third_party/ folder.
Activate the fieldtype.
