Support for Android 7, Android 8 and Android 9

Updated method hook so that it should work now also with recent Android versions.

Please not that this apk uses different signing keys than the ones from the previous releases. So if you ave installed an older version you need to uninstall it manually first.

Support default service

Try to route to the default ApduService even if more than 1 ApduService is registered
for the magic AID.

Also only tested on Android 4.4.1

First working version, tested on Android 4.4.1
