The Advanced tab offers runners the option of 3 preset workout types. Each of these workouts has various settings that can be changed by the user. Note that when you change a workout, its settings are immediately saved.

The following workouts are available by default:

  • 8-6-4-2: This workout by default alternates active periods (in 8-6-4-2 minute periods) with rest periods (2-2-1 minutes). The workout begins with a 10 minute warmup, and a cool down.
  • MalinEwerlov: This workout by default includes several sets of stepped time intervals, beginning with 1:30 duration and ending with :15 duration intervals.
  • Super 1000: This workout by default includes several sets of stepped distance intervals, beginning with 100 metre and working up to 400 metre intervals.

You can create custom workouts too.
