Ok, thanks. I'll push 0.0.8 and remove 0.0.6 in the next day or two.

you shouldn't really get into the habit of removing old packages, some one
might have a module that depends on specific bugs... (not good, but let
sleeping dogs lie)

Ok, so I created a variant of 0.0.6 that fixes the package.json and republished that as v0.0.6 (tag v0.0.6a).

I have also pushed a v0.0.9.
