LDAP error

Steps to reproduce the issue

Connect to LDAP server (openLDAP)
Connect OK
log show that item is found.
the item has no mail attribute

Expected result

if item exist, authentication must succeed even without mail attribute.

Actual result

authentication failed.

And now superuser cannot login if not in ldap. I open a new issue.
