Could you please add the ability to perform core automatic updates to Joomla. Wordpress has this feature and it's something I feel would be beneficial to add to the CMS itself.

I know there are drawbacks to it but having the option would be nice, I've never personally had any issues with updates breaking my website or third party plugins in the last 3 years.

Create Article Menu type - categories on the fly

We now have the ability to create categories on the fly as well as to select a category in menu items

This PR add the ability to do that when selecting a default category to use for the mennu item type Create Article

### Test instrucions
Before PR you have a category list select after setting default category to yes in the opptions tab
After PR you have a modal select and a create

NOTE the tooltip needs to be updated as well but that has been done iin joomla#14367
