Isis template problem with access level Administrator (J! 3.8.1) #18356

also take it off from the site. In any case, I suggest you download a clean 3.8.1 and replace the whole template folder. |
And Brian IS right: do not confuse the User Groups and Access levels. |

Steps to reproduce the issue
Hi,
when level Administrator is used to login, toolbar top menu (blue background) is not correctly displayed in Joomla administration
no problem when you login with super user access
