Steps to reproduce the issue

Use this code: <a href="mailto:demo@demo.com">Contattare l'associazione</a>

Email cloacking does not work if text between < a > and < /a > contains ' char.

Expected result

You should see an email link

Actual result

You see an error message

System information (as much as possible)

affected version is 3.3

Most likely Joomla 3.3.4.

@test: PR #4182 works fine for me and solves the bug on Joomla! 3.3.4-dev
