Description
This is a very small PR that just changes the Joomla site URI from HTTP to HTTPS in the atom feeds.

Before PR
Atom Feed Generator URI points to http://joomla.org
After PR
Atom Feed Generator URI points to https://www.joomla.org (default Joomla site landing page URI)
Or, just check this PR "Files changed" separator and you see that simple change.
