Summary of Changes
Drop the HTML imports support.
Reason: Only Google supported this, today Firefox came up with a note that will not support this feature and this was just the end of the HTML imports (Safari was also against it).
Impact: Since Web Components are not delivered already there is no B/C. The only drawback is that you cannot import (through core functionality) Polymer components v1 or v2 (v3 will be js)
