Firefox, 所有页面永远卡在"等待响应"

但是提交后有结果返回

这个控制台输出不是bing的响应, 这个报错也不影响正常使用, 我自己测试能正常使用, 试试重启浏览器

图确实不是 但所有模式都一样 后台确实都返回了数据 但是前台永远都是"等待响应" 浏览器自然也是重启过了

有返回数据 确实返回了我要的回答

但是前台依旧如此

难搞, 我无法复现, 我怀疑是特定系统环境特定浏览器才会出现的问题

我这里firefox同样显示无法响应，同系统的chrome插件就可以；怀疑是firefox 在拿到请求后的数据处理渲染有不同
请求已经到了服务器并正常响应了

Experiencing this same problem with macOS and Firefox ESR v102.10; it "waits" forever. Edge on the same laptop works, so I don't think it's a network issue. Not sure what to look at to debug, but happy to do some digging for you @josStorer if helpful!

[EDIT] I'm not sure that this is the culprit, but background optional_permissions don't appear to be supported in Firefox... https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/manifest.json/optional_permissions

Not exactly for me on Firefox, but it does frequently waiting for response...

The reason is that the old version of Firefox (including ESR) does not support findLastIndex. I have changed it to a compatible version and it will be fixed in the next version.

原因是旧版本的Firefox（包括ESR）不支持findLastIndex。我已经将其更改为兼容版本，并将在下一个版本中修复。

The reason is that the old version of Firefox (including ESR) does not support findLastIndex. I have changed it to a compatible version and it will be fixed in the next version.

awesome，I have said that it is firefox's fault when dealing with respond info.
by the way，when could THE next version be released， I cant wait for that cause my main browser is always firefox ESR.
