Action Blame line

Hi,
I'm using the https://github.com/kosayoda/nvim-lightbulb to show textDocument/codeAction is available at the current cursor position.
null-ls show on all lines the action Blame line.
What the action do? How I can turn it off?

This action comes from the plugin's integration with gitsigns.nvim. You can disable it by removing the code_actions.gitsigns source from your config.
