Sean McKinney's ImageJ plugins for the Stowers Institute. Maven package for building SMC_Plugins.jar, a suite of plugins written for the Stowers Insitute for various image processing tasks.
No need to use this repo to use the plugins. This suite, together with those plugins written by Chris Wood, Jay Unruh, and Richard Alexander, are available in Fiji by choosing Update->Manage Update Sites, and selecting "Stowers".
