YouTube (User Settings)
To livestream on YouTube, your account needs livestreaming enabled. Go to https://www.youtube.com/live_dashboard and follow the instructions there, otherwise your YouTube account won't work.
Here's a description of each item on your stream's dashboard:

| Privacy | The video's privacy setting |
| Resolution | Choose your stream's resolution - 720p, 1080p, etc |
| Framerate | Choose your stream's framerate - 30fps or 60fps |
| Category | The video's category |
| Event | Use a pre-created event instead of making a new one (see below). |
YouTube supports a large amount of settings - I try to keep Multistreamer simple by only supporting a handful of more common settings, such as the stream title, description, and so on.
Additionally, some stream settings aren't available via the API - for example, YouTube doesn't expose a way to set your current game via API, only with the web interface.
If you need to setup your stream with settings Multistreamer doesn't support, you can create an event in the YouTube web interface, then tell Multistreamer to use that event. You can access YouTube events by going into the Creator Studio, then the "Live Streaming" section, then events (or just click here: https://www.youtube.com/my_live_events).
If you use an event, Multistreamer will use it instead of creating a new event, so Multistreamer settings for the Title, Description, Privacy, and Category get ignored. It only uses the framerate and resolution settings.
