I tried to using --single-file and got error:

% cd Source/SourceKittenFrameworkTests/Fixtures
% sourcekitten doc --single-file Subscript.swift -j4 Subscript.swift
Unrecognized arguments: "Subscript.swift", -j4, "Subscript.swift"
