We need a 👍 from you to commit jQuery Migrate code into Drupal's third party Git repository. Mind if we push it forwards?

@RobLoach Just noting here that long-term use of jQuery Migrate isn't a good practice. Not sure whether this particular situation is trying to do that, but I just thought I'd note it.
