Escape the escape character when using ids in element-rooted QSA. Closes
aa1dce1 
 jquerygh-121.

Minor:
- move to "unmatched" in tokenize to avoid boolean cast in while loop.
- Switch to returning slice rather than using splice in pseudo preFilter.
