Such function would allow formatting its input as a downloadable asset, for example:

{{#f_release_download_url}}jreleaser-{{projectEffectiveVersion}}.zip{{/f_release_download_url}}

Accept a prefix ([md:, adoc:, html:]) for indicating the preferred link format, defaulting to md:.
