would be nice if when releasing that you can choose to have all issues in changelog point milestone to the released version.

if milestone set already offer option for force, warn or ignore.

The solution for #904 expects issues to be closed. If they already have the configured label then they'll asl be skipped. In this sense, behavior is either do nothing (ignore) or perform.

@maxandersen your suggestion for this feature is perform, ignore, force, or warn. Should issues follow the same?
