Watcher does not cleanup removed files #55

I noticed that if I setup watcher it works fine for editing existing files and creating new files.

But when I remove the file from _posts folder I can see that watcher callback is fired but the removed post is still there.

Ensure posts object gets re-initialized so watcher file removal
scenario doesn't leave hanging keys around.

This has been fixed as of >2.0.0

This has not been fixed, at least not on Mac environment.
the callback is fired, but the poet.cache retains the deleted post(s)
