Issues with piped output on Windows 7

Hi,

I've been having issues with the latest versions of jshint and the output being lost when using pipes on windows.
I see there has already been an attempt to fix this for older versions of node.js. But getting the issues again after doing some research I found the root issue here....
nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#3584
and a suggested fix until the root cause is sorted here ...
mochajs/mocha#333

I'll attach a pull request shortly with the suggested fix, applied only for stdOut as I can't find stdErr being used.
