+#s3pository - Proxy Server with S3 caching

+This server is used to speed all of the Java, Scala, and Play! builds on Heroku.  It acts as a caching Proxy Server to several popular repositories.
+
+See the Java, Scala and Play! buildpacks for the corresponding build tool settings used.
+
+It would probably be a bad idea to use this server to do builds on anywhere but EC2, as it will likely be slower.
