Any auto-generated emails (bot replies, relays, etc) should use the friendly name configured on a sender address, if present.

Relays use the group's email/name as of 9.5.4 now.

…onal email accounts, the `From:` address is now a ticket's group rather than the default sender. This makes it easier for workers to filter noteworthy messages and set up notifications.

In the UI, it says the mail will be leaving via the default address, I would imagine that just needs a copy change to set expectations correctly.

Although before we were getting emails at <default@domain.com> but now they're coming through as:

From: "" <default@domain.com>
Reply-To: "" <default@domain.com>

If the group name should be there, it does not seem to be instead it appears just as blank "". This is from the raw source of the message.

For ease of use, it would however, work advantageous to be able to set that to the responders name (or definable with variables in the "Send email relay to workers".

@jstanden Have found the cause.

It appears the from address is using the email address used for outbound email instead of the Group Name. Is this expected as the change log says tickets group, than email.
