Error: "A parameter of that name already exists."

I'll fix this to not throw an exception, but I'll have to think about how best to do it... the sample you provide is technically invalid, although the syntax itself is valid.

Such letters come from:

  • User-Agent: Roundcube Webmail/0.4
  • User-Agent: Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 (Windows/20100228)
  • User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20120428 Thunderbird/12.0.1

I use only the first "filename" parameter.

Hmmm, interesting... I've never heard of Roundcube, but I wouldn't expect Thunderbird to have that behavior.

I've just committed a patch that modifies the behavior of MimeKit such that if a parameter is specified multiple times, it takes the first one and ignores the rest.
