I have added posteriors for each tank and run in data/gppPosteriors.rds. This object has a list structure with a summary data frame and vector of GPP estimates 'gpp.out'. I had to spit it out like this because the model estimates as GPP coefficient parameter which represents the GPP-PAR relationship. So GPP is calculated as gpp.coef * PAR summed across all time points.
