The text element representing an element el's label was moved from el.label.content to el.label
Speed improvements for SVG updates. This is realized by removing the whole SVG tree from the DOM, updating it and then re-adding it to the DOM. Please note that during some event handlers (e.g. update) the DOM elements that belong to the board that is updated CAN NOT BE FOUND by document.getElementById(). References to these elements need to be stored before the event handler is called. Also problematic are click handlers on elements on the board, in some browsers these might be ignored. To establish full backwards compatibility, a new board attribute called 'minimizeReflow' is introduced and has to be set to 'none'. To restrict this optimization to the SVG root node set it to 'svg' (default). For best optimization use 'all'.
