Jammy series was requested to be included in the supported series. This PR simply adds Jammy to the list of available series.

QA steps

To test, create a charm and include jammy in the metadata

git clone git@github.com:juju-solutions/charm-ubuntu
cd charm-ubuntu
echo "  - jammy" >> metadata.yaml
charmcraft build
juju bootstrap localhost --bootstrap-series=jammy --config image-stream=daily
juju deploy ./ubuntu_ubuntu-20.04-amd64.charm --series=jammy --config image-stream=daily

The deployment process should start although the target image will not be found.
