On 3.0, the
run_simplestream_metadata_last_stabletest was asking snap for the version number for channel 3.0/stable, which doesn't exist yet. I've added a check here so that it will skip the test when no stable version exists. (upgrade from 2.9 is still tested byrun_simplestream_metadata_prior_stable).I also fixed up the logic for
prior_stable_versionso that it will work for 3.0.QA steps
