          Remove "from: base" from 4.1{5,6} ART managed images

9c2c06e

`from: base` hardcodes an image override in CI. This means that base
images from the Dockerfile are not taken into account in CI tests. This
change proposes to remove this stanza from repo configuration for
repositories that are consumed by ART.
